Refund policy
If you would like to return an item to C60 Synergy, you must contact us first.
Items returned without prior contact may not be properly identified. This may delay processing or result in the return being ineligible for a refund. Any items shipped to an incorrect address due to failure to contact us for return instructions are not eligible for refund or reshipment.
All returned products are fully inspected and evaluated before any refund is issued. Please follow the exact instructions provided by our customer service team to ensure timely and proper processing.

C60 Synergy is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-routed, undelivered, or customs-seized shipments.
Undelivered shipments
If a shipment is returned to us as undelivered, you may choose one of the following options:

A refund for the products ordered, minus original shipping costs and a 3% processing fee, or
-
Reshipment of the order after payment of an additional shipping fee
This does not apply to refused packages. See “Refused Packages” below.
Return eligibility

Items must be unopened and seal intact

Opened items or items with a broken seal are not eligible for return

Returns must be initiated and received within 45 days of the original purchase date

Returns sent without prior contact or received after 45 days will not be refunded
C60 Synergy is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer. Duplicate orders are subject to all return policy conditions.
Refused packages
If possible, please accept delivery and contact us to initiate a return rather than refusing the package.
If a package is refused for reasons other than visible damage, you may receive a refund for the products minus:

Original shipping costs

Return shipping fees (charged by the carrier)

A 3% processing fee
Return shipping fees for refused packages are determined by the carrier and deducted from the refund once charged to us.
If a package is refused due to visible damage to the shipment or products, return shipping fees will not be charged. Upon receipt, you may choose either a full refund or a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Please note: refused shipments may be lost in transit. If a refused package does not return to our warehouse, no refund can be issued.
Perishable or unwanted items
Unwanted items must be:
- Unopened
- Seal fully intact
- Returned within 45 days
- Approved prior to return
Approved returns are eligible for a refund of the product cost minus original shipping and a 3% processing fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or damaged items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately. We will provide return instructions and cover return shipping costs. A replacement or full refund will be issued once the product is received.
Final policy note
All returns must be received by our warehouse within 45 days of the purchase date. Returns received after this period are not eligible for refund. No exceptions.
